Founded in 1993 by Masa Ogawa, YAMATO (The Drummers of Japan) is a professional taiko ensemble that tours internationally. They have given thousands of performances across more than 50 countries and present staged shows featuring over 40 taiko drums, including a two-meter-diameter odaiko.
